Hi! I am Carin, chef and owner of Rosewater Cake Design.
We are cake decorators in Barnet and I have more than 10 years' experience working as a product development chef for companies such as Fortnum and Mason, Harvey Nichols and Sainsbury's, creating (amongst other things) mulled cassis mince pies for the Sainsbury's Taste the Difference Range. I also have a PME Masters Diploma in cake decorating, a level 2 Hygiene Certificate and am registered with Barnet Council with a 5 star hygiene rating!
Cakes and all things sweet have always been my passion and I believe everything must not only look amazing, but must taste amazing as well. Therefore I only use real butter, the freshest Madagascan vanilla pods and free range eggs in all my recipes.
Remember, it's never "just a cake"... It is the focal point, the pièce de résistance of your event!
