Whatever the occasion, I can create unique bespoke cakes to suit every taste and style.

All  cakes are baked from scratch and Fondant cakes are covered with either Massa Ticino Tropic or Couture Fondant, in my opinion the best fondants to get a flawless finish.  All flowers and foliage are hand made to fit the theme and style of the cake. 


My preferred mediums for making figurines and other edible models are Saracino modelling paste and chocolate modelling paste that I make from scratch using the finest Belgian chocolate.

Please note: I am happy to draw inspiration from a picture/photo of a cake you love. But I do not copy cakes.  I will rather use those elements you love most and design bespoke cakes that is one-of-a-kind and uniquely designed just for you!  If you absolutely have to have a cake exactly as on the picture/photo, I will only replicate a cake when I can ask the original designer's permission.
